Dhara Pandya

Dhara Pandya is an Associate at A&K Tanzania, specialising in Real Estate Law, banking securities, probate, and private client matters. She advises on real estate transactions, property acquisitions, lease agreements, and security establishment for financing arrangements.

She represents lenders in the establishment of securities for financing transactions and property acquisitions, assists private clients with commercial agreements including asset and share purchase agreements, and handles probate proceedings, including drafting wills for high‑net‑worth individuals with cross‑border assets. She also conducts property due diligence for significant share acquisitions and advises landlords on lease agreements and tenancy laws for commercial properties.

Dhara holds an LL.B. from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2023.
