He advises on banking and finance, projects, energy, infrastructure, and public‑private partnerships (PPPs), and is one of the first lawyers in Tanzania to work on large‑scale PPPs jointly financed by the World Bank and the African Development Bank. He has advised international lenders and DFIs including FMO, Citibank, Standard Bank, and Rand Merchant Bank on finance transactions in Tanzania.

He has advised Investec Bank Limited on a USD 200 million facility to a Tanzanian commercial bank, Citibank N.A. on a USD 110 million DFI‑backed financing, and the Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) on a USD 75 million Tier 2 facility and on a USD 25 million Notes Issuance under the NMB Social Bond. He has also advised Taurus Mining Finance Fund on a USD 60 million financing to Kabanga Nickel Limited, Nedbank on a USD 42 million acquisition financing, and British International Investment on a USD 15 million facility to NBC Bank. In the PPP and infrastructure space, he has advised DART Agency and the Government of Tanzania on PPP procurement for the Bus Rapid Transit system in Dar es Salaam, and advised an international investment holding company on the USD 42 billion Tanzania LNG project. He has also advised Total Eren, Gridworks, and Anzana Electric on energy market entry and procurement, and has worked on EPC contracts, PPAs, and Implementation Agreements for international IPPs.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Tumaini University Makumira and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
