Rose Sethi

Rose Sethi is an Associate in the firm's Projects & Construction team, based in the Dar es Salaam office, practicing in Infrastructure Law. She advises governments, developers, lenders, and contractors on project development, construction, and infrastructure matters across Africa.

She has advised the Federal Government of Ethiopia through Ethiopian Airlines Group on a USD 12 billion new airport project in Addis Ababa, the Federal Government of Somalia on its concession agreement for the rehabilitation and operation of Mogadishu Port, and a development company on the construction of a passenger and RoRo Ferry Terminal in Zanzibar. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, she trained and qualified at Farrer & Co in London.

Rose holds an LLB from Queen Mary, University of London, and an LLM in Human Rights Law (with distinction) from SOAS, University of London. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
