Amiri Sharifu

Amiri Sharifu is an Associate at ALN Tanzania | A&K Tanzania, specialising in corporate law, real estate, personal data protection, and intellectual property law. He advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, regulatory compliance, employment and immigration law, and real estate transactions across various sectors.

He has advised Mastercard on data protection compliance under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, and has conducted gap analysis on employment laws for Citibank Tanzania. He has provided regulatory advice to Apple on digital codes and online content regulations, to Google on circumvention of technology services, and to EBANX on electronic payments operations in Tanzania. He has also advised Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts on HR audits, WASSHA Plus on the applicability of minimum wage orders, and Scania Group on mining local content requirements. He has conducted comprehensive due diligence on real estate transactions and drafted property purchase agreements for various clients.

Amiri holds an LL.B from Mzumbe University (2018) and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Law School of Tanzania (2020). He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
