Eusebia Munuo

Eusebia Munuo is an Associate at A&K Tanzania, specialising in corporate law, employment law, contract law, real estate, data protection, and banking and finance matters. She advises domestic and international clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross‑border transactions across multiple sectors.

She has advised BHP Group on its investment through Kabanga Nickel in Tembo Nickel Corporation, which holds a special mining license to the world's largest development‑ready nickel sulphide deposit, and Silvercorp Metals on its acquisition of OreCorp, which holds an 84% interest in the Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania in partnership with the Government of Tanzania. She has also advised Mastercard on data protection compliance under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, and various suppliers to mines on local content laws. She has conducted vendor due diligence for a leading transporting company, advised an international financial institution on proposed financing to local companies, and provided quarterly legislative reviews for Citibank Tanzania on all laws affecting banking business in Tanzania.

Eusebia holds an LL.B from the University of Kent, UK (2020) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Law School of Tanzania (2022). She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
