Faiza Salah

Faiza Salah is a Senior Associate at IMMMA Advocates, specialising in dispute resolution. She has knowledge and experience in civil, banking and corporate litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She successfully represents financial institutions in recovery and securities matters, and represents local and foreign companies in the High Courts of Tanzania and in arbitration proceedings.

She has successfully settled company disputes through arbitration and also assists the Employment team on labour-related matters. Her practice spans both contentious litigation and arbitration, providing strategic legal solutions to clients across a range of sectors.
