Juvenalis Ngowi

Juvenalis Ngowi is the founding Partner of Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, where he heads the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration and mediation. He has over 20 years of experience and is regarded as one of Tanzania's leading commercial litigation lawyers, having been involved in some of the most complex and high-value litigation matters.

Juvenalis advises a wide range of clients across numerous sectors on employment law matters, including representation in labour disputes, and has extensive experience in arbitration. He is qualified and registered as an arbitrator with the Tanzania Institute of Arbitration, the National Construction Council, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is an accredited member of the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management. He was recently appointed to the SADC Panel of International Commercial Arbitrators.

Juvenalis holds an MBA from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam.
