Irene Justo

Irene Justo is an Associate at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, specialising in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, telecommunications, and energy and natural resources. She advises local and multinational clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including business structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.

Irene has experience in preparing legal opinions and advisory memoranda, drafting and reviewing agreements, formation of legal entities, and corporate governance across multiple sectors. She also has a growing interest in intellectual property and aviation law, and supports clients in banking and finance, telecommunications, mining, oil and gas, and employment and labour matters.

Irene is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
