Diana Bahesha

Diana Bahesha is an Associate at Bowmans in Dar es Salaam, specialising in corporate law, employment and labour, commercial litigation, arbitration, environmental law, and real estate. She advises clients on regulatory compliance, business structuring, and transactions across multiple sectors, and represents clients before the High Court Labour Division and the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA).

She has advised foreign enterprises on financing arrangements for sustainable energy projects, gaming and lottery licensing, digital financial services, fintech and digital asset regulations, clean energy management services, and corporate structuring for multi-jurisdictional operations. She also assists clients with real estate purchases, sales and leases, asset purchases, and business mergers.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and the East African Law Society (EALS).
