Julieth Winston Mgendi

Julieth Winston Mgendi is a Legal Officer in the Corporate Department at B&E Ako Law, based in the Dar es Salaam office, practicing in Corporate Law. She brings over seven years of professional experience in administration, legal support, and corporate compliance. She joined the firm as an Administration Manager at the Arusha office before being promoted into the Corporate Department as a Legal Officer.

Ms. Mgendi has experience in managing office operations, supporting legal teams, and coordinating corporate transactions and compliance processes. Her work includes preparing and filing legal documents, attending court sessions when required, and supporting the corporate team in property-related matters such as mortgage registration, land rent assessments, business licence renewals, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining B&E Ako Law, she worked with Aymak Attorneys and the Dar es Salaam Yacht Club, gaining foundational experience in administrative management, client service, operational coordination, and workflow optimization. She holds an LLB.
