Nancy Tarimo

Nancy Tarimo is a Partner at Rex Advocates, specialising in Corporate Law. Her practice encompasses general corporate commercial law, company secretarial services, banking and financial services, labour and employment matters, immigration law, competition law, and general legal advisory.

She has advised both local and international clients on a variety of transactions, with expertise in legal compliance and corporate governance. She holds a Certificate of Competence in Corporate Governance from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI).

Nancy holds an LL.B from the University of Cape Town and an LL.M from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), the East Africa Law Society (EALS), and the Tanzania Women Lawyers Association (TAWLA).
