Halleluyah Omondi

Halleluyah Omondi is an Associate at ALN Tanzania | A&K Tanzania, specialising in corporate law, banking and finance, employment law, contract law, and probate matters. She advises domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution across multiple sectors.

She has acted for a pan-African private equity fund on a proposed investment in a poultry business, conducting due diligence on target operating companies in Tanzania, and for Africa50 and AfricInvest Group on due diligence for Africa Healthcare Network. She also advised a leading African private equity firm on the acquisition of a minority stake in a financial banking group in Eastern Africa, including due diligence and regulatory approvals. She has advised TVS Motors India on trademark infringement claims and Fair Competition Commission proceedings, and has assisted Raha Limited and Sanku PHC with labour disputes. She has also advised fintech companies on market entry and regulatory compliance, and assisted confidential clients with forensic investigations into alleged misconduct.

Halleluyah holds an LL.B from Tumaini University Makumira (2017) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Law School of Tanzania (2019). She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
