Beatrice Soka

Beatrice Soka is an Associate at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and corporate law. She supports corporate and individual clients in resolving disputes, with experience in contract‑related claims, employment and labour matters, and probate and succession disputes. She also provides practical guidance on litigation procedure and case management to help clients navigate disputes efficiently and in line with their commercial objectives.

Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
