Stella Ndikimi

Stella Ndikimi is the Managing Partner and heads the Advisory practice at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and banking and finance. She is one of Tanzania's leading corporate and commercial lawyers with over 16 years of experience advising on commercial law matters across both the private and public sectors.

Stella has been involved in large-scale and high-value deals spanning multiple fields of law, and has advised on some of the most significant and complex transactions in the Tanzanian market. Her practice encompasses banking and finance, capital markets, real estate, and intellectual property law.

Stella holds an MBA from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a BA in International Relations (Magna Cum Laude) from the United States International University (USIU).
