Suzana Gikene

Suzana Gikene is an Associate at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and regulatory compliance. She works with clients across the real estate, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), tourism and hospitality, and banking and finance sectors.

Suzana's practice focuses on commercial, transactional, and regulatory matters. She drafts and reviews commercial agreements, conducts legal due diligence, prepares legal opinions, and advises on licensing, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
