Mika Wilson

Mika Wilson is an Associate at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, specialising in tax law, intellectual property law, and corporate advisory. He advises clients on structuring, compliance, and risk management, and supports the resolution of complex tax and commercial issues through both strategic advice and dispute management.

Mika works with clients across the energy and natural resources, financial institutions, and technology, media and telecommunications sectors. His experience includes delivering legal opinions and formal advisory guidance, leading the drafting and negotiation of commercial and regulatory documentation, and advising on governance and regulatory requirements. He also represents and supports clients in tax controversy matters, including dispute strategy and proceedings before relevant forums.

Mika holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He also serves as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law.
