Wilson Mukebezi

Wilson Mukebezi is a Partner at B&E Akolaw, based in the Dar es Salaam office, practicing in Tax Law. He has over twelve years of experience in tax law and has represented and litigated for major clients across banking, brewery, agriculture, tourism, construction, mining, and telecommunications sectors in tax disputes with the Tanzania Revenue Authority, as well as non-tax disputes in various Tanzanian courts.

Before joining B&E Akolaw, he worked with premier law firms including FK Law Chambers and Ako Law, where he worked with top-tier legal and tax practitioners such as Dr. Kibuta Ongwamuhana, Professor Florens Dominic Luoga, and Mr. Martin Nasson (a former Commissioner of the Tanzania Revenue Authority). His experience includes tax advisory and litigation, commercial litigation, corporate transaction work, company secretarial, arbitration, employment dispute resolution, and advising. He is also a co-author of "Tax Dispute Resolution – Manual for Tax Practitioners" (Mkuki na Nyota, 2015, Dar es Salaam).

Wilson holds an LLB from the University of Dar es Salaam and an M.A. in Revenue Law and Administration. He is an Advocate and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society.
