Noel Mosha

Noel Mosha is an Associate in the Tax Department at B&E Ako Law, based in the Dar es Salaam office, practicing in Tax Law. He joined the firm in 2023 as a Law School student for his pupillage and has since dedicated his training and professional growth to the firm's Tax Department, quickly adapting to complex tax litigation and advisory work.

Mr. Mosha is actively involved in representing and advising clients across sectors including banking and financial services, mining, telecommunications, oil and gas, manufacturing, insurance, gaming, and breweries, particularly in disputes and advisory matters involving the Tanzania Revenue Authority. His work spans Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing, Capital Gains Tax, PAYE, and Skill Development Levy. He regularly contributes to high-value and technically complex matters before the Tax Revenue Appeals Board, the Tax Revenue Appeals Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal of Tanzania.

Noel holds an LL.B from the University of Dodoma, a PGDLP from the Law School of Tanzania, and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a registered Tax Consultant.
