Richard Eusebio Saleko

Adv. Richard Eusebio Saleko is an Advocate and Partner practicing in Banking and Finance Law, based in Tanzania. He has over 14 years of experience in banking and commercial law, labour law, litigation, debt recovery, and human resources legal advisory.

Mr. Saleko began his legal career at Kings Law Chambers before serving in the NBC Legal Department, where he focused on securities and recoveries. He later joined NIC Bank Tanzania, rising to Head of Legal & Recoveries, where he provided legal counsel to internal departments, handled labour disputes, and supervised external legal teams. He has led the effective resolution of bank-related fraud disputes, unfair dismissal matters, and complex recovery assignments.

He holds an LL.B. from the University of Dar es Salaam (2009) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania (2011). He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
