Naumi Mzee

Naumi Mzee is an Associate at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers, specialising in banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution. She advises local and multinational clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business structuring, and complex commercial transactions across the telecommunications, mining, and aviation sectors.

Naumi has demonstrated experience in preparing legal opinions and advisory memoranda, drafting and reviewing agreements, supporting corporate structuring, and advising on regulatory and governance issues. She also brings experience in banking and finance matters, as well as in litigation and dispute management, where she assists in case preparation, drafting pleadings, and supporting trial strategy in commercial disputes.

Naumi holds a Bachelor of Laws from Tumaini University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, the East Africa Law Society, and the Tanzania Women's Lawyers Association.
