Sinare Zaharan

Sinare Zaharan is a Partner at REX Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance. He advises and represents clients in commercial disputes, labour disputes, insurance law, property disputes, and banking and financial services disputes, as well as regulatory matters in the mining and telecommunications sectors.

He assists clients in developing legal compliance registers and conducting legal compliance audits as compliance tools. He has prepared a number of legal compliance registers, carried out compliance audits, and prepared compliance reports for several companies in the mining sector. Prior to joining REX Advocates, he worked as a Tutorial Assistant on a part‑time basis with Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College.

He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and the East Africa Law Society (EALS).
